You will be in FreePool till the project comes and you have to clear some Assessments, namely VelociQ, SCM, Review & Testing and UCF.
WASEians are exempted from UCF assessments. Still if you want to give and clear UCF assessments, you can.
Project can be searched by TI (Talent Incubation) Manager and/or you can search by your self.
Posting Location is based on the project that you've got. In sometimes, it's like - first you get Location and then you or your manager have to search for Project in that location.
You have to get settled at any location before January - it would be better for you, because from January onwards WASE - MS program get started.
Once you've got MS Registration at any location, after that it would be difficult to change the location.
So, Make sure that you get settled at your preferable location before MS Admission get started.
One more important thing :- It is not necessary that you will get the JAVA project, even if you get trained in JAVA technology, it's all based on Business Requirements.
If you are getting any project in different technology other than u got trained, in your preferable location and anyhow you want to go to that location, just take that project. You will get trained (ask your project manager). So no need to worry about the Technology...

ReplyDeleteNo you can't change the location .IF you wants to change location you have to be wait for your SEMESTER to End.After completion of you SEMESTER you can request your PM to give you release from current project and mean while you have to talk with your BITS,co-ordinator at your Location ..

Is there any elimination during training.I mean if some student gets fail in FRP or TRP,,then is that student eliminated from WIPRO.

ReplyDeleteIf suppose if you get billable in project then it is bit difficult to relocate to any other place but if you have a some serious problem then mail to project manager about relocation BDC same project.
As GNDC is not secure anyways. Further , please take very appropriate action (regarding location) before filling the WASE form because once you had fill up the form then it is difficult to change the location and if you already fill up the WASE form then after semester end change your location from GNDC to BDC

ReplyDeleteOnce you are joined in Wipro WASE program, you will be said to fill BITS MS form to get into BITS-MS course. This will be taken care by the WASE coordinator and team.

After completing first semester exam you can apply for trasfer. but for trasnfer you need to find out the project in BDC.
